SHOPAWHOLIC RAFFLE PROMO MECHANICS:

  1. Promo is open to all Go Rewards members.
  2. Member can earn one (1) e-raffle entry for every Two Thousand Pesos (₱2,000.00) single-receipt spend of Royal Canin products at any Pet Lovers Centre physical store nationwide.
  3. To complete the registration and qualify for the e -raffle, customer must:
    • Scan the QR Code, which will redirect them to a Microsoft form provided by Go Rewards
    • Fill out and submit the form with their complete and accurate information such as Name, Age, Address and Contact Number
  4. After successful form submission:
    • Customers will receive one (1) e -raffle entry for every qualified ₱2,000 purchase
  5. Deadline of submission for e – raffle entries is on February 28, 2026 at 11:59pm.
  6. A total of One (1) winner will be determined on March 12, 2026 at 3:00PM in the presence of a DTI representative.
  7. One Member can win:
    • One (1) winner of Dyson Purifier Cool PC2 De – Nox worth ₱49,900
  8. Only Customer who have registered their name, mailing address, contact number, and e-mail address with Go Rewards are entitled to win the promo. Customer may check if these details are available and provide missing details through the Member Profile Tab of the Go Rewards mobile app at any time prior to the date of the determination of winners.
  9. Winner will be notified by Pet Lovers Centre via registered mail through the mailing address provided by the members. An e-mail or an SMS may also be sent as additional notification to the winner. Name of the winner will be posted at the Customer Service Counter of the store where the member made the winning transaction and on the Pet Lovers Centre’s Facebook page.
  10. In order to claim the prize, winner must present the winning receipt, their Go Rewards/Robinsons Rewards card or Go Rewards mobile app, mail/email or SMS winner notification and any two (2) valid proof of identification with photo (i.e. Driver’s License, Passport, SSS, TIN, Voter’s ID, etc.) at the Customer Service Counter of the store where the member made the winning transaction from Monday to Sunday during business hours.
  11. Winner under eighteen (18) years of age must be accompanied by an adult who must, likewise, present his/her own set of identification papers in claiming the prize on the winner’s behalf.
  12. Winner who cannot claim their prize personally must provide their representative with a letter of authorization and other necessary identifications (i.e. Driver’s License, Passport, SSS, TIN, Voter’s ID, etc.) when claiming the prize on the winners’ behalf.
  13. If the winner cannot present the winning receipt, he/she must execute a duly notarized affidavit of loss. A sixty (60) day waiting period shall be imposed as soon as the affidavit is submitted to the brand in order to ensure veracity of claim.
  14. Redemption of prize shall be within sixty (60) days from the receipt of registered mail notification. Otherwise, the prize will be forfeited in favor of the brand upon prior approval of DTI.
  15. Pet Lovers Centre Philippines shall pay the 20% tax for prizes exceeding P10,000.
  16. Prize is not convertible to cash or other products but transferable.
  17. Employees of Pet Lovers Centre, Affiliates and its third-party agencies who are directly involved in the promotion, and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promo.
  18. Promo is valid from February 1 – 28, 2026.
  19. Terms and Conditions of Go Rewards shall apply.
